Located in Austin, halfway between the “Y” in Oak Hill and Dripping Springs, the Yoga for You yoga studio is an oasis of health and tranquility.

Here, Elaine Christine offers yoga classes and private yoga sessions for all levels. We help you combine your mind, body & spirit through exercise, allowing you to release stress and take control of your health. Yoga is for YOU!

Yoga Class Information at Yoga for You


Level 1 Yoga: Combines stretching with yoga postures, breath work, and core strengthening. This is a gentle, yet powerful class and is designed for all fitness levels.

Level 1 & 2 Yoga: Combines breath work with a graceful flow of yoga postures and core strengthening. This class is more vigorous and most appropriate for students with some yoga experience, though all are welcome.

In Body Yoga: Uses slower movements, longer held postures, and an inward focus to become more peaceful and balanced. Helps with eating and sleeping.

Rise and Shine: Time to Rise and Shine. Wake up, sleepyheads and just show up! That's all we are asking -- just arrive and Mary will get you going! The class begins at 5:45 a.m. Yes, that's 5:45 A.M. in the morning. You can do it! This class is a wonderful way to wake up and welcome the day.

Carol's Yoga Therapy: Prepare for regeneration and rejuvenation! Carol's gentle class will help soothe your body, clear your mind, and refresh your spirit through slow movements and therapeutic poses. This class is for anyone with special physical limitations and for everyone else, too!

Yoga for Y'all: Every Texan can enjoy this enthusiastic Hatha yoga class. It will include all the traditional elements: balancing, standing, seated, and prone poses, as well as, the much- loved Savasana. (If you don't know what that is come and find out.) Y'all are gonna feel great after Darla's class!

InBody YogaCentering, presence, awareness and gratitude are just a few of the esoteric components of InBody Yoga. Mary's guidance will awaken your spirit to the healing properties within you and will deepen your yoga practice in ways you never imagined. You'll leave this class feeling "Om"derful.

Angie's Mix: The perfect mix... stretching, strength work, postures and flow. Angie is great at tailoring the class for everyone and no matter your level, you will leave feeling like you had a great workout but smoothed out from your head to your toes.

Sundays With Julie: Julie teaches Iyengar influenced yoga, which is appropriate for beginners as well those with an established practice. Classes will focus on stretching and strengthening, while paying attention to alignment through detailed instruction and the use of props. Restorative poses will lead to increased energy as well as improved flexibility.
