Level One
This class combines slow stretching with gentle yoga postures, breath work and core strengthening. This is a gentle, yet powerful class for all levels designed to relax your mind and revitalize your body.
Level One & Two
This class combines breath work with a graceful flow of yoga postures and core strengthening. This class is more vigorous and most appropriate for students with some yoga experience, though all are welcome.
Beginner's Yoga
This class goes at a slower pace to introduce yoga terminology and foundational poses with detailed intruction. This is an introductory, yet powerful class to relax your mind and revitalize your body.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a tranquil, gentle practice that uses pillows, blankets, blocks and other props to help you get  your body into a state of deep relaxation, creating an environment in which the body can rest and heal.
Healing Yoga
Structured around rejuvenating and healing the body, this class focuses on breath work and gentle movement, encouraging the mind and body to cultivate inner peace as you relax and have time to let go.
